samsung south koreen company was sued by 3 french rights groups because they believe the company is deceiving customers and investors the accusations are of labor abuses at suppliers factories in china, working conditions in china and the use of child labor at two extrnal plants. Samsung is saying that all claims are not true, they did say that they will end in 2014 all illegal overtime work in 2014,Samsung likes to sustain high ethical practices. Samsung bangalore office faced some problems. They are being accused of bad management treatment by an employee who tried to commit suicude because he was fired for no apparent reason, with 8 years of experience he worked 16 hour shifts and used the office dorm to sleep. This affect the company very much it looks bad to anyone looking for a job in samsung and on other employees because it shows no fairness and its very unethical

A collaborative structure is a business style, which is designed to bring parties together in a long–term relationship to accrue a common goal. The multi-billion dollar corporation, would use a collaborative structure to create an environment where skilled professionals work amongst themselves to accrue goals independent of their locations (Sandoval, 2014). These methods enable efficiency and effectiveness among different talents. This business style leads to more ideas and innovation, therefore allowing Apple to receive more results from their employees (Sandoval, 2014).

Apple and Samsung are both smart phones, tablets, tv and more creators. Apple and Samsung are in a flight to be the dominant smartphone producer. Samsung is a South Korea company and Apple is an American company but companies have different cultures but make much of the same thing. Samsung has more market capitalization than Apple as of may 2020. Samsung is the largest electronic multinational manufacturer and apple comes second. But Apple makes more money on iPhones and max books than smangung on its phones. Apple and Samsung are at war most of the time, both are fighting to be on top.
